Job Description
As a Civil Engineer, you’ll manage the full life cycle of land development projects, including high-end residential, commercial, and resort subdivisions. You’ll take on design leadership, permitting coordination, and technical oversight to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Develop site layout, grading, drainage, and utility designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Prepare construction documents, technical studies, and cost estimates.
Lead entitlements, permitting, and regulatory approvals.
Perform site visits and inspections during construction.
Coordinate with surveyors, planners, architects, and contractors.
Requirements
Degree: BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred).
Experience: 7+ years in subdivision design, grading, or site engineering.
Licensure: PE in Hawaiʻi or ability to obtain.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling software.
Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills.
