Job Summary
The Claim Adjuster will be responsible of analyzing workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due and ensuring ongoing adjudication of claims within company standards and industry best practices. They will manage claims action plans, coordinate return-to-work efforts, approve claim payments, negotiate settlements, and maintain professional client relationships.
Must-Have Requirements:
Workers Compensation claims management experience
Ability to negotiate settlements with excellent Negotiation Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills

Pay Details: $28.50 per hour
