Adecco Staffing is assisting in sourcing for a Clerical Admin for a one week assignment starting on 7/28/2025
Pay Rate: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 or 8:30 AM start, 8-hour workday
Duration: 1 week (40 hours) – strictly temporary, no conversion
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable temporary HR File Clerk to assist with a short-term project focused on organizing and updating immigration files. This project will help ensure our records are accurate, complete, and well-organized.
Responsibilities:
Review immigration-related personnel files for completeness and accuracy
Organize and properly file documents in accordance with internal protocols
Identify and enter missing data and documentation
Update and maintain a tracking spreadsheet
Communicate with HR staff if any clarifications are needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in data entry and basic spreadsheet use (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience handling sensitive or confidential information is a plus
Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
