Adecco Staffing is assisting in sourcing for a Clerical Admin for a one week assignment starting on 7/28/2025

Pay Rate: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 or 8:30 AM start, 8-hour workday
Duration: 1 week (40 hours) – strictly temporary, no conversion
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable temporary HR File Clerk to assist with a short-term project focused on organizing and updating immigration files. This project will help ensure our records are accurate, complete, and well-organized.
Responsibilities:

  • Review immigration-related personnel files for completeness and accuracy

  • Organize and properly file documents in accordance with internal protocols

  • Identify and enter missing data and documentation

  • Update and maintain a tracking spreadsheet

  • Communicate with HR staff if any clarifications are needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficient in data entry and basic spreadsheet use (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information is a plus



Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
