Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search for a Client Service Support in Santa Ana, CA.

  • Pay rate: $32.28/hr

  • Location: Hybrid - M-F 8am-5pm

  • Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Type: Temp to hire

 

Job Description Summary:

 

Client Service is responsible for retaining, growing and developing strategic client relationships for a portfolio of (country, regional or global) clients for which they have primary service coverage responsibility, in line with applicable internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks.

 

Work includes:

  • Facilitating interactions with new and existing clients

  • Liaising with clients and supporting their account related queries

  • Building relationships and operations where needed

  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external legal/regulatory frameworks

 

Job Description:

  • Ensure compliance with KYC and new account opening processes

  • Daily administration of 80+ ABS trusts

  • Manage cash accounts for domestic and some international clients; including investment, liquidation and distribution of funds

  • Respond to daily inquiries from Clients, Investors and other deal parties

  • Review and approve monthly distribution payments and statements

  • Review compliance to ensure conformity to the transaction documents

  • Perform ongoing maintenance of deal/account information across several bank applications

  • Monthly preparation of documents requested by various deal parties

  • Collaborate with other team members to address ad hoc projects

The candidate will be:

  • Undergraduate Degree (BA or BS)

  • Organized, detail-oriented contributor

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to balance day-to-day activities with big-picture concerns

  • Ability to involve team proactively in decisions

  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment

  • MS Office proficient

Pay Details: $32.28 per hour
