Responsibilities for a Client Services Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Track and monitor project deliverables across multiple departments, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Analyze and prepare client data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
Serve as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and status reports
Troubleshoot issues related to client data, delivery timelines, or process bottlenecks
Candidates for Client Services Project Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
4–5 years of experience in project coordination, legal/litigation support, or client services
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including analytical formulas)
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
