Adecco is assisting one of the leading healthcare providers in the Bay Area in recruiting for a Clinic Assistant in Redwood City, CA at one of their Ortho Clinics. This is a full-time opportunity with the hours being 8:30am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering appointment phones and schedule new and return appointments
Communications, Customer service, Problem solving, managing multiple priorities
Understand/Follow Patient Scheduling protocols
Work with nurses/intake coordinators to provide an excellent patient experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
Pay range for this opportunity is $28 - $30 based on experience.
