We're seeking an experienced Clinical Director to oversee the clinical operations of our outpatient and inpatient mental health programs. The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinical professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) with a solid leadership background, deep clinical expertise, and a passion for guiding both patients and clinicians toward long-term success.
The Clinical Director plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care, staff development, and regulatory compliance across all treatment programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight to therapists, counselors, and other clinical team members.

Overseeing the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.

Ensuring all clinical services meet state licensing requirements, ethical standards, and best practices.

Conducting regular case reviews and provide clinical guidance and support to staff.

Leading efforts in staff training, onboarding, and continuing education.

Monitoring clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (Required)

Active Tennessee licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC (Required)

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral or mental health settings

At least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role

Strong understanding of clinical modalities, treatment planning, and compliance standards

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
-
Proven ability to lead with empathy and strategic insight

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
