Job Title: Clinical Lead – Behavioral Health
Location: Mesa, AZ (In-Person Only)
Schedule: Full-Time | Includes on-call rotation & travel within the Phoenix Metro area
We’re looking for a dedicated Clinical Lead to oversee clinical operations and support behavioral health teams serving SMI populations across multiple outpatient locations. This in-person leadership role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, integrated services that meet the needs of both patients and the community.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical direction and day-to-day support to designated clinical teams

Conduct scheduled and unscheduled staffing, offering expert consultation and oversight

Perform periodic fidelity audits to ensure adherence to approved evidence-based practices (EBPs)

Ensure programming aligns with agency policies, contract requirements, ethical standards, and state/federal guidelines

Collaborate with internal partners and supervisors to implement initiatives related to integrated outpatient care

Optimize clinical workflows and contribute to quality improvement efforts

Participate in the clinical on-call rotation and travel to multiple clinics across the Phoenix Metropolitan Area
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field (Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy)

Active licensure in Arizona: LPC or LCSW preferred; LAC or LMSW accepted

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in behavioral health, preferably with SMI populations

Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical consultation skills

Must be comfortable working on-site and traveling locally as needed

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
