Position: Clinical Manager
Location: Near Casa Grande, AZ
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Rotating on-call schedule, primarily phone-based with rare in-person requirements)
Salary: $72,769.21 - $85,410 per year (Based on experience)
About Us: We are a dedicated behavioral health and substance abuse facility committed to providing exceptional care and support to our patients. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our team and help us make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Job Description: As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of our facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with all regulations. You will provide leadership and support to your staff, fostering their growth and development. Your role will include both supervisory responsibilities and hands-on patient care.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the facility.
  • Supervise and support clinical staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle on-call duties on a rotating schedule, primarily phone-based with rare in-person requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Valid social work license (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT).
  • Supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience working in an inpatient facility.
  • Passion for helping staff grow and develop.
  • Patience, kindness, and excellent teaching and directing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $72,769.21 to $85,410.00 per year
