Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Source Document Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team in Wayne, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting clinical research projects by creating and maintaining accurate and comprehensive source documentation.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree preferred
Previous experience in clinical research or a related field is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
Protocol Analysis: Dissecting complex clinical protocols to identify key information and assessment requirements.
Document Creation: Utilizing templates and building from scratch to develop new source documents that adhere to organizational and client standards.
CRF/EDC Integration: Incorporating electronic data capture (EDC) and case report form (CRF) requirements into source documents.
Timely Delivery: Collaborating with project managers to ensure the timely creation and approval of source documentation.
Pay Details: $18.14 to $20.16 per hour
