Schedule: 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Compensation: $25–$30/hour (includes $1.00/hr shift premium)

Job Overview:
Join our Electrical Brush Department as a high-skilled CNC Set-Up Operator. You’ll be responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Milling Centers (VMCs), overseeing production of industrial motor brush components, and taking ownership of CNC production during 2nd shift operations.
Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines for production runs

Operate Vertical Milling Centers (no programming required)

Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot minor machining issues

Provide leadership and technical support to production team
Qualifications:

Proven CNC machine set-up experience

Familiarity with vertical milling operations

Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
