Responsibilities for this Shift Supervisory job include:
Managing department activities to achieve operational disciplines
Possessing knowledge and having an understanding of Quality TS 16949, shipping, Environmental ISO14001, Material Tracking System, Visual System and Time and Attendance
Ensuring company polices and procedures are being followed and applied
Responsible for disciplinary actions, including documentation and communication with the Plant Manager, Production Manager and HR department
Responsible for all safety activities in the department
Performing all essential inspection processes needed for production
Promote culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and collaborate problem solving.
Identify opportunities to increase employee engagement, motivation, and collaboration across work group.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in machining
High School Diploma
10- hour OSHA or equivalent training
Accident and investigation training
Knowledgeable in creating NCMR Workflows in Q-Pulse when required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per year
