This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive annual salary of $55,000 to $60,000, ideal for detail-oriented finance professionals looking to make a long-term impact within a reputable company.
About the Role:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely collections. Your role will be vital in supporting day-to-day financial operations and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, track, and manage all accounts receivable transactions
Post and allocate payments to the appropriate accounts with accuracy
Prepare and distribute client invoices in a timely manner
Reconcile payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain documentation
Generate and maintain AR reports to support collections and financial planning
Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments and account inquiries
Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Provide general support to the finance team, including data entry and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in accounts receivable or finance operations
Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Clear understanding of financial compliance and reporting standards
