We are seeking a Collection Specialist with strong analytical skills to join our team in Arlington, VA (remote candidates welcome). You will manage UAD collections and post-audit recovery, ensuring timely and accurate tracking and resolution. Must excel in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. $36.57/hour, Monday through Friday, with a 5-month temporary assignment.

 

Position Details:

  • Hourly Rate: $36.57/hour

  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Type: Temporary assignment for 5 months

  • Location: Arlington, VA (remote candidates welcome)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to review and analyze post-audit claims, seeking repayment for invalid claims.

  • Provide trend analysis on unauthorized deductions (UADs) and post-audits to leadership, highlighting high-risk areas.

  • Work with Credit on UAD support and post-audit deductions.

  • Ensure compliance with local client terms and policies.

  • Propose solutions and process enhancements to streamline reporting and responsibilities.

  • Participate in external calls with customers to discuss post-audit and UAD collection issues.

  • Perform root cause analysis to propose actionable solutions to business challenges.

  • Lead business review meetings with Field Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Credit, and other stakeholders to escalate issues and provide trend analysis.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Strong data management, financial and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to non-finance professionals.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.

Pay Details: $36.57 per hour
