Key Responsibilities:
Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers financial situations.
Persuade customers to pay amounts due on credit accounts, damage claims or non-payable checks, or to return merchandise.
Locate and monitor overdue accounts.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
5 - 7 years of financial and/or customer service experience.
Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to collections.
Exceptional debt recovery techniques.

Pay Details: $26.34 per hour
