Adecco’s client is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to join their team in Denver, CO.

What you’ll do:
• Assist with customer service inquiries and requests.
• Process escrow closings, including document preparation and disbursement.
• Interpret earnest money agreements and coordinate closing requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail and organizational skills.
· 1-2 years of experience as an Escrow Assistant I or 3+ years of experience in a related real estate or title field.
Note:
This role is On-site; thus, open to candidates in/around/near Denver, CO.
Pay Details: $25.57 per hour
