Adecco Staffing is seeking dependable General Laborers for a very short-term assignment (1–2 weeks) at a job site in Visalia, CA. This role pays $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. Ideal candidates are OSHA 10 and CPR certified, physically fit, and safety-conscious, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

Load, unload, and move materials and equipment manually or with basic material-handling tools

Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and obstructions

Assist skilled tradespeople including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers

Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision

Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and site upkeep tasks

Dig trenches, compact soil, mix and pour concrete as needed
-
Erect and dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding and barricades
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area

Perform additional duties as assigned
Work Environment

Work performed both outdoors and indoors

Exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions

Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is mandatory
Qualifications

OSHA 10 Certification (Required)

CPR Certification (Required)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Prior construction or general labor experience preferred
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
