Adecco Staffing is seeking dependable General Laborers for a very short-term assignment (1–2 weeks) at a job site in Visalia, CA. This role pays $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. Ideal candidates are OSHA 10 and CPR certified, physically fit, and safety-conscious, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment manually or with basic material-handling tools

  • Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and obstructions

  • Assist skilled tradespeople including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers

  • Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision

  • Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

  • Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and site upkeep tasks

  • Dig trenches, compact soil, mix and pour concrete as needed

  • Erect and dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding and barricades

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area

  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Work Environment

  • Work performed both outdoors and indoors

  • Exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions

  • Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is mandatory


Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 Certification (Required)

  • CPR Certification (Required)

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Prior construction or general labor experience preferred



Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
