Join a leading aerospace manufacturer as a Contracts Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in contract administration and management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with government, commercial, international, military, and defense contracts while ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, negotiate, prepare, and administer major contracts and proposals.
Manage customer RFPs/RFQs to capture business opportunities.
Prepare and submit quality proposals while minimizing company risk.
Analyze contract terms and conditions, providing risk assessments for management review.
Support Customer Service with contract reviews and provide guidance on contractual matters.
Maintain contract files, track amendments, and ensure compliance with pricing agreements.
Execute and manage NDAs, PIAs, Representations, Certifications, and other agreements.
Drive process improvements within the contracts department.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in contract administration, negotiation, and management.
Industry Knowledge: Aerospace experience strongly preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of government, military, and defense contracts.
Certifications: Certification in Contract Management is a plus.
