The anticipated wage for this position is between $25-27.45/hr hourly. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Details
We are looking for a dedicated Greenhouse Technician with a strong background in plant care and cultivation. A bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, agronomy, or a related field is preferred. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of plant growth and maintenance, including crops and weed management, and possess strong observational skills to identify plant needs, signs of stress, and unusual growth conditions.
Responsibilities:
Perform greenhouse tasks such as seeding, watering, thinning, moving plants, and assisting with plant spraying.
Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Utilize knowledge of greenhouse concepts and best practices to achieve high-quality results.
Maintain a high degree of accuracy and diligence in all tasks to support optimal plant health.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, agronomy, or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a willingness to learn other databases and software as needed.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to recognize plant stressors and growth conditions.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing team priorities.
Work Environment:
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, work extended periods on your feet, and manage exposure to dust, pollen, and high temperatures.
Occasional weekend availability may be required.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.40 per hour
