Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our manufacturing team in Schofield, WI. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this on-site leadership role is responsible for overseeing all general ledger accounting functions, budgeting and forecasting, capital expenditures, and risk management.
What You’ll Do
Lead all accounting operations including cash flow, payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Oversee capital expenditures and risk management
Supervise accounts receivable/payable and month-end close
Prepare for annual audits and R&D tax credit filings
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance
Supervise a team of 3–4 accountants
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of accounting experience
Manufacturing accounting experience
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
