Adecco has once again teamed up with one of our top global clients and they are looking for a skilled, knowledgeable, professional, Corporate AR & Credit Administrator.

This person is a will monitors OE accounts to ensure collectability and application Ensures implementation of corporate-wide cash application and credit policy for OE cash application staff on OE policies and procedures. Oversees and delegates work, updating and tracking OE accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for accounting OE accounts to receivables, credit and collections, works with AR/Credit Associates and Administrators, Cross-train and coaching OE Credit Associates and Administrators, Manages A/R for OE accounts as needed, Research & solves pricing disputes and discrepancies for OE accounts adjustments to OE accounts, Serves as point of contact for OE account issues, works with with other departments on special projects, Reporting any issues/concerns to Credit Managers, Obtains training on large Corporate accounts, Prepares bi-weekly OE AR meeting, Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Follow-up training with AHQ staff on OE accounts; follow-up on being trained on large corporate accounts
  • Core Competencies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Cash application experience related to OE account applications
  • Deduction resolution experience related to OE account applications
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Preferred  business administration, accounting, finance or similar
  • At least 5 to 10 years in accounting or finance preferred
  • General knowledge of accounting 
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English required
  • Bilingual (Korean/English) preferred
  • Primarily works normal office hours, e.g. 8 am to 5 pm but must be willing and able to work day or night shifts, weekends and extended hours as occasionally required
  • Frequent walking and standing, visual contact and hearing
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  •
