We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Credit Policy Control Analyst to join our Credit Risk Management team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset to ensure our credit policies and controls are consistently assessed and upheld.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of credit policy control assessments.
Perform transaction testing to evaluate adherence to credit policy requirements and overall credit intent.
Ensure completion of testing activities and reporting within defined timeframes.
Analyze test data sourced from various systems while adhering to established protocols.
Maintain systematic documentation to support test results and decisions.
Record outcomes in the appropriate system of record.
Support communication of findings to business units and Credit Risk Management leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in credit risk, internal controls, compliance, or a similar role
Familiarity with credit policy documentation and transaction testing methodologies
Proficiency with data analysis tools and systems (e.g., Excel, SQL, internal platforms)
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
