Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Credit Quality Analyst.

Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) - Charlotte, NC 28255

Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Assignment: 12 Months

About the Role:

Seeking a detail-oriented Loan Booking & Collateral Specialist for a 12-month hybrid assignment. Primary responsibilities include accurate loan booking, collateral perfection, and maintaining collateral control. Requires strong data accuracy, timely completion, independent research skills, and effective communication with partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book loans onto the bank's system and perfect collateral.

  • Manage collateral control (setup, tracking, standardization).

  • Ensure initial lien perfection and accurate data input.

  • Conduct independent loan research and communicate with line partners.

  • Interface with vendors and legal counsel.

  • Maintain acceptable error levels.

  • Assist with team meetings, training, and quality review.

Required Qualifications:

  • Consumer/commercial loan experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Team-oriented and detail-oriented.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Ability to work under time constraints.

Desired Qualifications:

  • GWIM Credit Policy/Procedure knowledge.

  • Knowledge of GFS, LoanIQ, EDR, Tradeline, QAPR.

Skills: Attention to Detail, Legal Structures/Forms, Data Entry, Oral/Written Communication, Prioritization, Organization, Business Acumen, Critical Thinking, Customer Focus, Quality Assurance, Risk Management.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Pay Details: $30.23 per hour
