Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Quality Analyst to join our client’s team in Plano, TX. This role offers competitive compensation ($32.04/hour) over a 12-month contract period.
As a Credit Quality Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in handling end-to-end Letter of Credit (LC) transactions for Small Business, Business Banking, and Commercial Banking clients. This customer-facing position requires a strong understanding of LC processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Obtain transaction information, including client credit history and financial information.
Exercise loan authority to extend appropriate financing solutions for LC transactions.
Prepare and review LC documentation in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.
Liaise with business partners and clients to ensure customer requirements are met.
Resolve escalated client requests promptly.
Monitor the timeliness of the overall LC fulfillment process.
Utilize professional judgment to determine appropriate resolution of client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients and line partners over the phone.
Pay Details: $32.04 per hour
