About the Role:
Adecco is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives in the Princeton, NJ area to support a project involving AP test administration. This position involves both email and outbound phone communication, along with data entry and case documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding AP test materials and registration.
Document all interactions in a case management system and Excel.
Handle transactional tasks such as data entry, resolving routine customer issues, and written correspondence.
Provide professional, scripted responses via email and phone.
Clearly communicate with students, parents, and institutions about test registration and scoring processes.
Maintain high-quality customer service by providing accurate and complete information.
Achieve and maintain performance metrics including:
Attendance and schedule adherence
Email and call handling efficiency
Quality assurance standards
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of customer service experience (phone/email/paper mail preferred)
Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task across multiple screens and systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Must maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
Ability to work under pressure with high volumes of tasks
Work Expectations:
Excellent attendance is crucial—especially on Mondays following weekend shifts
Mandatory overtime and weekend availability required (details provided in PFA request form)
Cell phone use restricted to breaks and lunch
Time worked must be reported on FG timesheets
Training Details:
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
