Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer in Michigan to find a Customer (Account) Business Manager to lead commercial operations across two key sites. (Metro Detroit and Greater Lansing)
This role is ideal for a high-energy, strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong contract management, customer service, pricing, and export compliance experience—particularly within the commercial and government aerospace sectors.
🔧 What You’ll Do
✔️ Own the Commercial Excellence system from RFQ to order fulfillment
✔️ Lead and develop a customer-facing team focused on growth and excellence
✔️ Negotiate and administer commercial, international, and government contracts
✔️ Oversee reporting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and backlog health
✔️ Manage export compliance and serve as Site Export Compliance Administrator
✔️ Support internal teams on contract execution, schedule changes, and pricing
✅ What We’re Looking For
🔹 5+ years of team leadership experience
🔹 5+ years in contract/account management within manufacturing
🔹 Strong knowledge of commercial, international & government contracts (FAR/DFARS a plus)
🔹 Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field (Master’s preferred)
🔹 Familiarity with lean/continuous improvement is a plus

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
