We’re seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives for project-based roles from August 20256 through March 2026. This is a great opportunity to be part of an important seasonal project, and contribute to a high-performing customer care team.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients responding to calls, voicemails, and emails within one business day. You’ll provide accurate information, assist with various inquiries, and help build loyalty through excellent service and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
Assist customers with questions about effective dates, premium amounts, ID card requests, Medicare, and more
Communicate with insurance carriers to verify client policy details
Manage and respond to emails promptly and accurately
Support the sales team by handling post-policy inquiries and resolving client concerns
Recognize opportunities for up-sells and forward to licensed agents as appropriate
Accurately document customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
Prior customer service or call center experience required
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Key Competencies:
Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
