Adecco is seeking a Customer Feedback Program Coordinator to join a fast-paced, evolving team dedicated to improving dealer performance and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role supports customer feedback initiatives and survey integrity programs, requiring strong communication, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to enhance sales and service operations through standards, procedures, and tracking tools
Analyze customer feedback and investigate concerns; draft internal communications summarizing findings
Write clear, professional emails to senior leadership to communicate escalated issues
Serve as a subject matter expert on the survey interference and unusual activity programs
Maintain process documentation and manage regional tracking lists, contact reports, and signed forms
Support training and collaboration with field representatives on survey procedures and interference protocols
Leverage AdobeSign to issue interference strike letters and maintain related records
Follow and improve established processes, ensuring consistent and timely handling of survey irregularities
Required Qualifications:
2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, process improvement, or administrative program support
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
Experience in automotive or dealership environments is preferred
Familiarity with dealership systems and terms (e.g., ROs, RDRs, Warranty, DMS) is helpful but not required

Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
