Customer Load Zone Liaison Crew

Join Adecco’s Crew for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ 

Adecco is hiring Load Zone Liaison Crew Associate to support transport operations at the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ in Washington DC. In this role, you’ll help maintain smooth and safe vehicle flow while directing guests and transport vehicles to designated areas. 

You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive guest experience while helping manage parking, traffic flow, and VIP transport services. Crew members select shifts using the Adecco Digital Platform and may be scheduled based on workload and staffing needs.  

We have openings on multiple shifts and can help you find the best shift to fit your schedule! 

 

What You’ll Do 

• Ensure smooth flow of vehicles on roads leading to permit checkpoints and car parks 

• Direct vehicles to permit check points and designated parking areas 

• Assist drivers with wayfinding to ensure they reach the correct locations 

• Maintain consistent and orderly traffic flow within assigned areas 

• Utilize equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area 

• Work as part of a team to safely park cars and buses based on the site’s layout 

• Prevent congestion by ensuring vehicles are parked efficiently and correctly 

 

What You Bring 

• Strong communication and situational awareness 

• Ability to follow directions and remain alert in high-traffic environments 

• Comfort working outdoors and on your feet for long periods 

• Event, parking, or traffic control experience a plus 

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset 

• Mobile Device Requirement: As part of this role, employees are required to have access to an active mobile phone. The position may involve receiving job-related communications and tasks through text messages, calls, or mobile applications provided by Adecco. Pay Details: $23.06 per hour
