Customer Onboarding Specialist (COS)

Overview: As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be pivotal in enhancing our Medicare Advantage clients' experience through outbound and inbound calls. Your main objective is to improve our placement rate by building rapport, educating clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues. You will ensure accurate application completion, offer Value Based Care (VBC) options when applicable, and conduct Health Risk Assessments. Attention to detail, effective time management, and exceptional customer service are key components of this role.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct outbound calls to assist clients with recently submitted Medicare Advantage applications.
  • Verify and correct client information on applications.
  • Answer a range of Medicare Supplement/Advantage questions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with selected plans.
  • Perform Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and introduce Value Based Care (VBC) as appropriate.
  • Navigate multiple systems during calls and manage case documentation in Salesforce.
  • Create cases for sales agents if client issues arise.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and respond to client communications.
  • Meet departmental goals and KPIs.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Requirements-
High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
