Customer Service Analyst

Adecco is recruiting for a Customer Service Analyst to join an hybrid team in Philadelphia, PA. This position is an 12 -months assignment, from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years experience working in Utility Customer Service – reconciliations/resolutions background and/or data biling

  • 2-3 Years experience Writing Reports and Regulatory Compliance and Customer Service (Outbound) Experience

  • 2-3 Years experience with Microsoft Office

  •  2-3 Years Exp handling inquiries from the general public in responding to irate customers, and resolving difficult, challenging and/or sensitive issues with diplomacy, empathy, good judgment, patience, and professionalism.

  • Must have Bachelors Degree and 2-3 Years of Experience

  • Will accept no college degree if they have 3-5 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Will be handling inquiries from the general public in responding to irate customers, and resolving difficult, challenging and/or sensitive issues with diplomacy, empathy, good judgment, patience, and professionalism.

  • Will be managing multiple accounts under pressure in a time sensitive fast paced environment. Individually must be organized and detail oriented.

  • Will need to effectively understand customer issues, offer solutions to problems, and communicate with the general public, supervision, and employees via the telephone.

  • Possesses the requisite mathematical and analytical skills required to compute and interpret customer data billing inquiries (e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, averages and rates).

  • Frist 3 Weeks 100% Onsite

  • PayRate: $29.00 per hour

Pay Details: $29.00 per hour
