Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Rep. This role demands a high level of energy, proactive initiative, and a deep understanding of the customer's journey.   • Pay Rate: $21.00 /Hr

  • Location: Portland, OR

  • Shift: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday – 8:00AM – 5:00PM

  • Type: Temp (Seasonal)

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to identify their unique needs and create individualized experiences, particularly during product deliveries.

  • Serve as a product expert, supporting both new and existing customers with in-depth knowledge.

  • Execute local registration documents accurately with customers during product delivery.

  • Be resourceful and proactive in seeking customer-centric solutions to problems by exploring options and asking insightful questions.

  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional partners to ensure vehicle standards and operational processes meet our high expectations for excellence.

  • Complete additional work and tasks as requested by the leadership team to support overall operations.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, with a strong preference for experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) customer service.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support customers, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

  • Proficient with computers and software, including Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to effectively navigate internal business platforms.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state/province of residence where driving/operating a vehicle will occur (or state of daily commute).

  • Ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses, if applicable in your state/province.

Physical Requirements

  • Willingness to work in various conditions, including a full-service retail center environment and unpredictable weather conditions.

  • Physical exertion may be required to perform occupational tasks, including but not limited to: sitting for up to 2 or more hours at a time, standing for up to 8 or more hours a day, walking, bending, kneeling, laying, twisting, carrying, reaching, stretching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Frequent use of hands for grasping and correctly using tools, entering data, writing communications, or calling customers or internal partners.

  • Strong understanding of written and spoken English.

  • Ability to see, read, and interpret documents such as governmental regulations, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or schematics

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
