Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll ensure smooth operations in our delivery routes while providing exceptional customer service. You'll be a key part of making sure we deliver on our promise of outstanding service to customers, business partners, and drivers.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
Oversee delivery routes operations, tracking packages, providing ETA and assist drivers.
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, addressing inquiries and providing support.
Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner, diagnosing and resolving problems or issues effectively.
Monitor the progress of delivery routes, keeping track of logistics.
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
