Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences? We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver on our promise of outstanding service.
In this role, you'll interact with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure operations run smoothly and issues are handled with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and business partners via phone and email
Calmly and professionally resolve customer complaints
Troubleshoot and resolve delivery or service issues
Monitor and support delivery routes
Scan and verify haul-away pods and stamps
Make updates to orders, including changes and cancellations
Provide dispatch support as needed
What You Bring:
Required:
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
