Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (+$2.40/hour shift differential)

Job Summary:
Adecco is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Nashua, NH. This role is ideal for candidates with customer-facing experience and a background in manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both external and internal customers through phone and email, while supporting various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the accuracy of customer purchase orders
  • Enter and manage customer orders throughout the entire workflow
  • Reconcile and verify customer payments for open orders
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments to address and escalate customer issues
  • Maintain the customer database in coordination with the Customer Service Coordinator
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and route them appropriately within the organization
  • Handle customer communications via phone and email, resolving issues effectively
  • Assist with maintaining team performance metrics
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong phone communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick adaptability to new systems and technologies
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to leverage resources to resolve customer issues

 



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.40 per hour
