Immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Rep for our Stamford client. Pay rate - $ 26 hr

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manager order process from customer request to post-sale service

  • Handle prices, offers, stock check availability, and product information

  • Manage client info, status on orders, handle complaints and returns to completion

  • Asst with sales projects, supporting prices and commissions et ups

  • Manage process relationship with accounting and delivery depts to assure constant check on statement, due payments and organizing shipments worldwide

.

 

Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3 + years exp in a Customer Service position in an office setting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter with upbeat and enthusiastic attitude

  • Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize

  • Strong MS Office 365 skill set

  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

 

 Pay rate $26.00 hr

Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
