  • Contract Type: Temp

  • Pay: $19.41 / HR based on experience

  • Shift/Hours: Hybrid Role / 3 days onsite 2 days offsite

    • Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Core hours 8am-5pm- flexible on hours as long as predetermined with manager

 

 

Hybrid role- During training will need to be onsite 5 days a week- After fully trained will need to be on-site ATLEAST 3 days a week.

 

Job Description:

preferably capitol market experience- most communication will be chat and emails- not a lot of phones. This role will be supporting the trade desk

 

Main point of contact for AMRS based Clients for trades processing related queries within across product, market, entity, trade status. Primary responsibility will be confirmation and allocation of US Fixed Income securities. Applicant must be on hand to offer premium client service to deal with all client queries and manage the relationships between our clients and internal departments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Resolution and escalation of matched and unmatched trades for AMRS settling in domestic markets.

  • Timely response to client queries regarding the confirmation and allocation of their trades.

  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure timely settlement of client trades.

  • Keeping up to date client contacts and maintaining current client relationships.

 

Requirements:

  • Must be client focused with proven track record of excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently while also working in a team environment.

  • Must be able to operate successfully in a fast paced environment.

 

 

Desired Skills: 

  • Previous experience within a client service team

  • General knowledge of the lifecycle of a trade

Pay Details: $19.41 per hour
