Customer Service Representative 

Adecco is actively recruiting Customer Service Representatives for our client in Princeton, NJ. This is a project-based role expected to last 2 months. In this role, you will communicate clearly with parents, students, and institutions, providing accurate information while maintaining confidentiality and proper grammar. Your responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, handling correspondence, and documenting all interactions in relevant systems. You will manage multiple systems efficiently, multitask effectively, handle high workloads with attention to detail, resolve issues promptly, and consistently meet deadlines and performance goals. Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• At least 3 years of relevant experience 

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC literacy, including navigating multiple screens and systems 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills using proper business English and grammar 

• Professional handling of telephone and email interactions 

• Ability to multitask, manage large workloads, and maintain attention to detail 

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information 

• Perform transaction processing, data entry, and document correspondence 

• Effective problem-solving skills to ensure quality service and accuracy 

• Demonstrate high-quality customer service and meet individual performance metrics 

• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
