In this role, you will be responsible for the below tasks/duties:
Responsibilities:
· Answering incoming phone calls
· Assisting with outbound phone calls as needed
· Proficient using Excel Software – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
· Excellent problem solving Skills
· Provide updates on existing orders
· Capable of multitasking and .using time management appropriately.
. Bilingual - Spanish is a plus
. Good Business verbal and written communication skills
Pay Details:$18.00 to $19.00 per hour
