Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

  • Answering 10–20 inbound calls per day via the call center line

  • Responding to 30–40 ticket requests daily through internal systems

  • Coordinating deliveries with the warehouse and updating customer contracts

  • Providing outstanding service through accurate order entry and timely quotations

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • 1–2 years of recent customer service experience

  • At least 1 year of computer experience, including Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite

  • At least 1 year of phone handling experience

  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Must be camera-ready with a stable internet connection for Teams interviews

Pay Details: $18.25 per hour
