Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
Answering 10–20 inbound calls per day via the call center line
Responding to 30–40 ticket requests daily through internal systems
Coordinating deliveries with the warehouse and updating customer contracts
Providing outstanding service through accurate order entry and timely quotations
Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
1–2 years of recent customer service experience
At least 1 year of computer experience, including Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
At least 1 year of phone handling experience
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Must be camera-ready with a stable internet connection for Teams interviews

Pay Details: $18.25 per hour
