Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Scheduler in San Antonio, TX. Perks: 

·       Shift: 8:30am ET - 5pm ET

Responsibilities:

·       To schedule patients for preventative health care screenings.

·       Provide customer service

·       Call schedule to accomplish getting it full of patients to be seen.

·       Once trained a minimum of 70-80 call per day.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have computer knowledge for management tracking purposes.

  • Medical knowledge is very encouraged along with EMR experience.

  • Health Care Scheduling experience, medical knowledge, web based phone outreach and Senior patient care focus.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
