Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is excited to collaborate with a top-tier healthcare organization in Palo Alto, CA to recruit a Customer Service Specialist for a local contract opportunity in a hospital environment.
What You'll Do:
Welcomes and engages with patients, families, and visitors upon arrival at the hospital and associated clinics.
Offers guidance and assistance with transportation needs, including shuttle service information across the hospital campus and other clinic locations.
Delivers outstanding customer service both in person and via phone, ensuring a positive experience for all patients and their families.
What You’ll Need:
Over one year of experience in a healthcare environment, such as hospitals, clinics, dental offices, or long-term care facilities.
Familiar with EPIC or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Open to short-term contract roles ranging from 8 to 13 weeks in duration.
Compensation:
$22.00 – $26.45/hr
Rate is determined based on experience and certifications.
