Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is excited to collaborate with a top-tier healthcare organization in Palo Alto, CA to recruit a Customer Service Specialist for a local contract opportunity in a hospital environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Welcomes and engages with patients, families, and visitors upon arrival at the hospital and associated clinics.

  • Offers guidance and assistance with transportation needs, including shuttle service information across the hospital campus and other clinic locations.

  • Delivers outstanding customer service both in person and via phone, ensuring a positive experience for all patients and their families.


What You’ll Need:

  • Over one year of experience in a healthcare environment, such as hospitals, clinics, dental offices, or long-term care facilities.

  • Familiar with EPIC or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems.

  • Open to short-term contract roles ranging from 8 to 13 weeks in duration.


Compensation:

$22.00 – $26.45/hr
Rate is determined based on experience and certifications.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.45 per hour
