Adecco is seeking Customer Service/Call Center candidates for long term workers at a local client in Frankfort, KY. These are entry level opportunities. Training will be provided, and prior call center/customer service experience is preferred. The pay rate for this position is $15/hr. This position is not a remote opportunity. An updated resume must be submitted to be considered.

 

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment

  2. Gather and provide information quickly, accurately, and efficiently to resolve customer inquiries

  3. Demonstrate excellent follow through on assignments with customer questions including working with subject matter experts.

  4. Handle high volumes of calls (taking call after call) and multiple tasks with attention to detail

  5. Stay at the desk and on the phone with customers the entire shift, except for scheduled breaks and lunch.

  6. Communicate pertinent information to upper management

  7. Follow up with customers

  8. Route phone calls and properly build phone calls through AWS

  9. Must be reliable and dependable

 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  1. Ability to use a computer in windows-based environment

  2. Proficient (perform the skill without assistance) with Microsoft Office programs

  3. Exceptional customer service skills

  4. Communicate in a clear, pleasant, and courteous understandable manner

  5. Able to actively listen to others and decipher the needs of customers and employees in the work environment.

  6. Strong interpersonal, organization and follow through skills

  7. Advanced written and verbal communication skills

  8. Ability to be flexible and adjust priorities and manage time effectively

  9. Become knowledgeable of and demonstrate a continuous improvement attitude with software, hardware, and workplace environment

  10. Exercise teamwork skills and professionalism always.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
