The Customer Solutions Coordinator is committed to delivering seamless customer experiences, overseeing, and owning the entire order-to-cash process from post-sale to coffee equipment installation. Our focus is on supporting project-based installations, daily business orders, and processing service contracts and orders with efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Proactive Communication

  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates on timelines, scope changes, and any new information impacting the project and order fulfilment.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for all project- and order-related inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

 End-to-End Ownership

  • Process sales orders in SAP and service work orders in Sales Force, taking full ownership of the process.

  • Monitor customer orders and projects, coordinating all stakeholders (customer, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams) to ensure smooth installation workflows and order fulfilment.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
