Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – approx. 6:30/7:00 PM

Position Overview
Adecco is looking to hire a Customer service Rep. for Suffolk, VA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients commitment to superior service is delivered daily. You’ll interact with customers, business partners, and drivers to resolve issues, monitor deliveries, and maintain communication flow throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and partners via phone and email
Address and resolve customer complaints professionally
Monitor delivery routes and driver/team performance
Prepare delivery folders (PODs, Manifests)
Process delivery changes or cancellations
Check-in trucks and teams at the end of day
Identify and sort returned products (haul away, vendor return, or reschedule)

High school diploma or GED
1 year of customer service or call center experience
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
