Adecco is looking for a Customer Service Representative II who can interact professionally with clients, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operations from start to finish.

In this role, you’ll be a vital part of a team that provides daily freight and logistics solutions for global customers. What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers and partners via phone and email with professionalism and empathy

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including note-taking while on client calls

  • Calmly handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively

  • Monitor delivery route progress and ensure timely execution

  • Scan haul-away pods and verify necessary documentation

  • Process order changes or cancellations efficiently


What You’ll Bring:

Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

  • Strong drive to provide outstanding customer experiences

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
