About the Role:
Adecco is looking for a Customer Service Representative II who can interact professionally with clients, provide solutions, and ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
In this role, you’ll be a vital part of a team that provides daily freight and logistics solutions for global customers. What You’ll Do:
Assist customers and partners via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including note-taking while on client calls
Calmly handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
Monitor delivery route progress and ensure timely execution
Scan haul-away pods and verify necessary documentation
Process order changes or cancellations efficiently
What You’ll Bring:
Required:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong drive to provide outstanding customer experiences

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
