Warehouse Associate
Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring freight moves efficiently? We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team, working alongside a top-caliber management team that truly understands the transportation industry.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assisting with shipping and receiving activities, which means unloading trucks, checking merchandise, matching purchase orders, and distributing orders.
Reading and understanding various orders to determine what items need to be moved, gathered, or shipped.
Maintaining a safe and accessible warehouse for everyone.
Always working in a safe manner, following all safety policies and procedures.
Assembling products and participating in inventory counts as needed.
Taking check calls from drivers to ensure on-time deliveries and validating all load data for accounting.
Monitoring daily pickups and deliveries, confirming loads arrive on time and in good condition.
Shift & Pay
What You'll Need to Excel
You must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds.
You'll need the ability to load and unload trucks.
Basic written and verbal communication skills are a plus.
Basic computer skills are helpful.
It would be great if you have dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry.
Experience loading and unloading trailers and using handheld scanners is a plus.
The ability to apply critical thinking to follow instructions is valued.
You should be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, as freight volumes can vary.

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
