Aspers, PA Manufacturer is seeking a Data Entry/CSR Clerk, pay $22 hr, 8a-4:30p M-F. Site seeks to retain, pending performance. This is not short term/project work. This is not remote work. Must have ability to report to Aspers, PA Site location.
Resume and interview required.
Locates and corrects data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
Read source documents such as bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
Load machines with required input or output media, such as paper, cards, disks, tape, or Braille media.
Select materials needed to complete work assignments.
Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of Data Entry/Admin experience is preferred.
Ability to assume responsibility and work independently with little or no supervision.
Proven administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize work.
SAP experience is preferred, but not required.
Expert competency in Excel and proficiency with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Must be able to work OT when needed.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
