Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for a Digital Data Analytics Specialist for an iconic fashion house headquartered in New York, NY. This transformative role will deliver actionable insights which will drive decision-making and agility for the brand’s website while supporting the Digital Strategy & Insights team. Primary responsibilities will include developing dashboards and data visualizations; implementing new analysis methodologies and models to identify user behaviors, and generating analytics to inform and enhance digital platform development strategy and run capabilities. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Site tagging requirements to include tagging plan creation for local development and ensure US requirements are met on the core model.
  • Work with IT partners to generate table schema, define data segmentation, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate and manage the business intelligence roadmap in alignment with the digital pillar teams and the BI CoE.
  • Research, plan, and iteratively develop dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Implement new data analysis methodologies and strategies to inform platform development and run capabilities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of traffic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement in content marketing, user experience, and conversion, including assisted conversion modeling for growth marketing.
  • Identify traffic trends by channel and provide performance marketing analysis.
  • Generate visitor pathing & behavior, define onsite journeys by profile, and provide opportunities to influence the engagement of features and site content.
  • Provide cross-divisional analysis and purchase path by entry.
  • Perform data mining and profiling to identify trends/commonalities, understand anomalies, and define optimization and mitigation actions.
  • Work with IT partners to connect online to offline touchpoints, and layer data sources to define the full digital client journey.
  • Analyze consumer behavior onsite and conduct usability testing to form data-driven insights, and address on-site discovery and conversion pain points and opportunities.
  • Work with UX designer(s) and product manager(s) to convert insights into actionable tests, define KPIs for success, and develop results reporting.
  • Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field with a proven record of impacting business strategies with digital data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Experience with multi-dimensional data modeling and a wide variety of analytical processes.
  • Previous experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools such as GA Data Studio, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
  • Previous data hygiene experience is required. BigQuery & SQL experience is a plus.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
