🧠 What You'll Do:
As the Director of Nursing, you will be at the heart of clinical operations—providing strategic leadership, supporting your nursing team, and ensuring the highest level of care for residents. Your responsibilities include:
Supervising all nursing staff within the facility
Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
Managing recruitment, retention, and ongoing training of nursing staff
Maintaining appropriate staffing levels and up-to-date staff competencies
Monitoring staff conduct and promoting a culture of accountability and compassion
Staying informed about facility incidents and ensuring prompt response
Conducting health assessments for all residents
✅ What We're Looking For:
Active RN license in the State of New York (required)
5+ years of nursing experience in long-term care
2+ years in a supervisory or management role
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
